The Fulfillment of Love
Love is the creative substance of the Universe. Through love
we raise our consciousness to meet the challenges to transform our lives.
Love is the basic building block. Love is accepting right
now, what is: and who we are, and moving to what could be through intention.
Love cares about results, therefore is honest, as it awakens within us our true
intentions.
Honesty has a big impact on transforming our lives. When we
are honest about our feelings and thoughts, we then can go for results. Honesty
pushes us out of denial and suppression and brings us to CHOICE! This is where
individual responsibility takes over. Choice only exists outside of need. Choice
claims its birth in creativity. Out of the very substance of our being; choice
manifests its voice. Choice moves intention into reality.
You create your reality through choice. There is
nothing to get in the way of your dreams, except your need to be right about
your excuses. Kalos invites you to love so deeply, so wisely that you allow your
wildest dreams to come true!
Expansion of Joy
1. Daily be clear on what you wish to experience and know it is a possibility -
don't go by what others may believe through limitation. Meditate on this.
A. Discover inside yourself what will bring happiness to
yourself and others. Authentic service makes you feel light, connected and alive. (This is spirit)
B. What will support you to live your purpose and bring peace
on the earth? Start wanting this to happen. Say, "It is my intention that I
experience harmony." It is my intention to experience health, energy,
creative adventures, etc..
C. Spend a few minutes each day focusing on clarifying what
you want and what spirit wants to do through you.
2. Daily send love and light out through the energy centers of your body.
Actuate gratitude for all you have or do not have - send intentions and
blessings to all parts of the planet.
3. Practice deep breathing, exercise, try spinning 33 times (text for
direction). Usually females go counter-clockwise - 3 x a day. Bring palms
together at chest press them together, keep eyes open, feet shoulder width
apart.
4. Drink lots of good water.
5. Study scriptures, meditate and pray. You will find doors of
enlightenment open up for you.
6. Ground your intentions by taking action in the physical world. Grounding is
necessary to balance a multidimensional life. Grounding can take place by
submerging yourself in the elements of the earth:
a. Take a walk.
b. Swim or place your feet in water.
c. Be in nature.
d. Keep your nervous system in tact.
7. The mental and physical bodies go hand in hand, and emotional and spiritual
bodies go hand in hand.
A. Express your feelings and allow emotions to be felt. You
access your spiritual body through your emotions.
B. Don't get lost in the process. Processing can become a way
of life - doesn't work - use it to go on - examine the drama and leave.
Our thoughts (beliefs) create our experience. Your words are
either empowering or dis-empowering. Eliminate the following words from your
vocabulary - should and trying:
A. Should implies you are operating under someone else's
sovereignty, "their rules." You are sovereign unto yourself, your own
inner Truth.
B. Trying is very trying. Trying is an excuse for not doing.
Try to draw a picture, to change a pattern - you can try for the rest of your
life. Trying means that you are not doing! Instead, in your own words say,
"I am creating," "I am manifesting," "I am doing,"
" I am intending." I am bringing about - Forget I am trying!
1. WHAT IS IT TO BE SPIRIT CENTERED?
BEING CENTERED ON THE SPIRIT - One's focus is predominantly on Spirit.
Spirit = the principle of conscious life; the vital
principle in every
individual, animating the body or mediating between body and
soul, the divine
spirit flowing within and through us all.
We are Spiritual Beings having a human experience, yet how much of the time does
it feel like we are human doings, just recovering from our experiences, trying
to manage our circumstances. We are more apt to say I have a spirit
rather than the deeper truth,
"I have a body, feelings, thoughts." Being centered
ON the spirit is the
process (spiritual discipline) of remembering who we are and
getting everything
else out of the way so that the Infinite Spirit of God may express itself
through us.

predominantly spiritual.
