SAMPLE KALOS INTERNSHIP TRAINING FOR K9 SEMINAR LEADER GRADUATES
Organized increasingly more capable and difficult skill sets. Interns going for certification would be required to check-off each module component.
Module I
25 Health Facilitation Work-ups with Valerie, (100 total before teaching)
Assist at 5 seminars (before or after K9)
Complete five previews or introductions to Kalos
Coordinate 2 Seminars alone or assist coordinate 4
Module II
Facilitate 5 of each K1/K2 and K3/K4 Post Seminar Practice Sessions
Lead a KIP - Kalos Integration Program
Lead an ATP - (Seminar) Assistants Training Program
Module III
Present 3 different parts to a Kalos I weekend, i.e. Picture of Man/Woman
Give at least 2 demos during a seminar
Lead a study group or course on Healing The Cause (using book 1 and 2 as study guides)
Module IV
Co-Teach two or three weekend seminars
Lead the majority of a weekend seminar
Module V
Teach K-I on own
Start Module III and IV over for K2
Start Module III and IV over for K3 & KV
Module VI
Give Transformational Healing Lectures
Teach Wellness and Well-Being Educational Programs
Lead mini-workshops on special interest applications of Health Facilitation: dyslexia, nutrition, etc.

II. FORMAT - For Content: Educational and Training Programs, Services

Each of the aspects above is presented through the following levels (lectures to training). They are offered in the spectrum from public awareness lectures to training teachers.
1) Community Lecture Series (i.e. Transformational Healing, Wellness/Well-being Lectures)
2) Educational Programs.: Workshops, Courses (i.e. Dyslexia - Healing the Cause)
3) How-To (Self-Empowerment) Seminars: (Heal The Cause, Relationships, Heal the Body...)
4) Integration Program - Life Skills Application for students; Coaching Services for participants
5) Facilitation Training (Health Facilitator, Life Purpose Counselor, Spiritual - Guide...)
5 ) Ministry Certification for Training Graduates
6) Internship Program (for the above Training) organized into skill set and practice modules.
Initially to be a Facilitator (i.e K1 - K5)
Eventually to be a Seminar Leader (K9)

6 ) Practicum's follows internship - ("residency" - a placement or position to practice)
